Duties and Role:

  • Uses the ERP (Oracle basis) System to process the various transactions.
  • Assists and interacts with the AMSB staff and Warehouse.
  • Inventory, monitors and oversees all the equipment under his/her responsibility.
  • Co-ordinates any requirements
  • Responsible for the property accounting/posting control.
  • Takes action in case of deficiencies and equipment damage and initiates discrepancy procedures.
  • Conduct Asset Management Activities/Support throughout NATO. Conduct warehouse movement and re-organization activity to support the centralization policy of the Agency.
  • Scan equipment, update databases and labelling of equipment.
  • Willing to manage and handle materials.
  • Some physical work, e.g. moving and lifting of equipment, should be expected.
  • In addition, the Contractor needs to be familiar with the handling and safety issues of handling CIS Assets (equipment).
  • Assists with general cleanliness of all storage areas.

Requirements

Skill, Knowledge & Experience:

  • The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
  • Higher Vocational training in Supply, Logistics, or Warehouse Management with 4 years' minimum experience.
  • Experience in Inventorying CIS Equipment for accountability and accuracy.
  • Experience in identification and corrections of Asset Management Deficiencies.
  • Experience in Stock Management processes.
  • Knowledge and experience using ORACLE database systems
