Duties and Role:
- Uses the ERP (Oracle basis) System to process the various transactions.
- Assists and interacts with the AMSB staff and Warehouse.
- Inventory, monitors and oversees all the equipment under his/her responsibility.
- Co-ordinates any requirements
- Responsible for the property accounting/posting control.
- Takes action in case of deficiencies and equipment damage and initiates discrepancy procedures.
- Conduct Asset Management Activities/Support throughout NATO. Conduct warehouse movement and re-organization activity to support the centralization policy of the Agency.
- Scan equipment, update databases and labelling of equipment.
- Willing to manage and handle materials.
- Some physical work, e.g. moving and lifting of equipment, should be expected.
- In addition, the Contractor needs to be familiar with the handling and safety issues of handling CIS Assets (equipment).
- Assists with general cleanliness of all storage areas.
Requirements
Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
- The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
- Higher Vocational training in Supply, Logistics, or Warehouse Management with 4 years' minimum experience.
- Experience in Inventorying CIS Equipment for accountability and accuracy.
- Experience in identification and corrections of Asset Management Deficiencies.
- Experience in Stock Management processes.
- Knowledge and experience using ORACLE database systems
