The role of the People & Culture (P&C) team is to establish IKEA as the preferred employer by attracting those who share the IKEA values, ensuring development for all co-workers, inspiring them to perform and remain with IKEA.
As the P&C intern, you will get an understanding of P&C operation’s procedure and process. In addition, you will also get hands on experiences in planning and organizing learning & development, onboarding, coworker experiences activities.
Key deliverables
Learning and Development
- Support logistic organizing of internal learning & development activities
- Consolidate Mandatory training completion report and other learning reports upon request.
P&C Communications and Events
- Support the logistic organizing of internal P&C events
- Support the visual designing and content for people communication materials upon request
General Administration:
- Coordinate and arrange logistics of Onboarding Day 1 for new joiners
- Other administration tasks for P&C department
- 3rd or 4th student, who expect to graduate after Sep 2025
- Effective communication in English
- Details and People oriented.
- Interest in HR operations and administration process
- Familiar with multi-media design tools and platforms (e.g., AI, Photoshop, Canva, iMovie)
- Creativity and tech-savvy in an advantage
Practicalities
- Internship Period: 6 months, from Feb 2025
- Time invested: at least 4 full-days/week, Monday - Friday
- Working location: SOFIC Building, 8-10 Mai Chi Tho, Thu Thiem, Thu Duc City, HCM City
