Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.
Design end-to-end SAP HXM solutions with a focus on SuccessFactors based on best practices and industry standards.
Develop solution architectures, including system integrations, data models, and security designs.
Provide guidance and recommendations on SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Succession Planning.
Lead the technical implementation of SAP SuccessFactors projects, including configuration, and integration with third-party systems.
Define and document technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and solution designs.
Collaborate with project managers, consultants, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and project teams.
Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in SAP SuccessFactors and related technologies.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, with a focus on solution architecture.
Proven track record of designing and architecting SAP SuccessFactors solutions for global enterprises.
In-depth understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and their integration points.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
