DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Functional Support
- Work with end-users to analyze, design, construct, and implement SAP applications in support of regular business operations
- Work as a system analyst with key personnel to help define user needs and design or recommend solutions
- Document applications and provide cross-functional training as needed
- Maintain liaisons with business and 3rd Party consultants and internal IT team for the resolution of SAP issues
- Assist and support in the system roll-out and implementation
- Perform and maintain functional configuration to ensure that the system is working properly
- Works with functional business areas to build Business Cases for system enhancements or improvement
- Develop plans and implement related to SAP improvements
- Responsible for the fulfillment of Service Request and Incidents in coordination with the subject matter experts and 3rd party consultants
- Troubleshoot incidents and problems encountered by the users and provide recommendations to improve the process
- Prepare appropriate procedures and documentation to hand off support to users
Project Management
- Deliver projects according to approved project management standards to ensure the agreed scope, schedule, budget, and objectives are met
- Prepare and submit regular status reports to relevant stakeholders, indicating tasks completed, risk assessment, issues encountered, and other items requiring management action
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Information Technology or Accounting related courses
- SAP-accredited certification is a plus
- At least 4 years experience in S4/H implementation for a Manufacturing or Food and Beverage industry.
- Current knowledge in any of the following SAP S4/H modules: FICO, SD, MM/IM, EWM, PP/PPDS, TM
- Know-how in Documentary Practices SAP Authorization Concept
- Background SAP patch and release processes
- Demonstrated knowledge of systems analysis
- Customer service-minded and solutions-oriented
- Experience in user requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Willing to travel for project assignment
- Has the ability to work a flexible schedule
- Has the ability to work under pressure involves dealing with constraints which are often outside of control
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and independently in a diverse workforce
