Role

As (Senior) Consultant for FS-CM (Claims Management), you will have the opportunity to play pivotal role in complex transformation programs. You will work as a consultant on customer projects which will hone your skills and expand your experience every step of the way. You will interact with stakeholders in business as well as IT and be part of the entire journey from analyzing business processes, functional requirements and successful implementation of FS-CM as part of the overall IT architecture. With your industry experience in the area of insurance, statutory health insurance or the public sector and your good understanding of FS-CM, you will be part of a highly motivated team helping our customers to achieve high automation in their benefit and claims processes. We are eager to embrace and integrate latest innovations around Artificial Intelligence and provide interesting learning opportunities and that area.

Requirements

• Very good functional and understanding of FS-CM (data model, claims processes, customizing)
• Good technical understanding of enhancement concepts in FS-CM
• Profound understanding of related components such as SAP Business Partner (FS-BP) and Business Rule Framework (BRF+)
• ABAP: debugging code and creating simple reports
• Strong analytical and technical skills as well as excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Customer-centric mentality, willing to go the extra mile for the customer, and will break down all barriers to ensure customer success.
• The adaptability to succeed in agile, cross-functional teams, with excellent written and verbal communication German and English, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Optional skills

• Previous experience with FS-CM installations in statutory health insurance (Gesetzliche Krankenversicherung).
• ABAP: object oriented programming in ABAP, ideally including RAP (Restful ABAP Programming).
• Experience in managing projects or project streams.
• Understanding of CDS Views and OData Services.
