In this role, you're in charge of the following tasks:
- Define, create and implement standards for production based on SAP standard functions and enhancement by add ons
- Realize and secure concepts and standards in SAP S4/HANA QM to fulfill the requirements of the different customers within maintenance organization
- Support QM rollout teams on the invidiual S4 Rollouts
- Define the master data concept for the whole Group Sector ContiTech and for all Business Processes within SAP QM and possible other solutions
- Coordinate the implementation of the QM master data concept for the division
- Define processes for the maintenance of QM master data and administration of QM master data for all BAs and legal entities worldwide
- Support central data migration team and rollout team on migration and mass creation of master data
- Define concepts for a proper system implementation and adequate testing. Generate blueprint and test catalogue
- Implement SAP S4/HANA QM modules as member of the project team, attendance in BAT testing sessions
- Test system upgrades and system enhancements
- Responsible to provide management accessibility to QM related business information; includes data warehouse and other visualization tools (defines specific business requirements)
- Serve as a QM related consultant to business leaders as to the capabilities and efforts for implementation of information needs
- Academic degree in Information Technologies or Business Administration or similar
- Several years of experience in quality management, deep knowledge of SAP QM related processes and functions
- Business knowledge related to plant maintenance and it’s interfaces
- Basic knowledge of related modules PP, PM, MM, WM, SD, CO
- Project participation, participation in implementation projects
- Fluent English language skills (written and spoken), German language skills desirable
- Intercultural sensitivity and ability to enhance team collaboration
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness for occasional ad hoc business trips worldwide (max. 20 %)
