Main responsibilities
He/she provides complete support to the stores, so that the SAP system works, there are no goods missing and the state of the cash registers is in order
Collection of change requirements and its proper definition for Tech teams, coordination of implementation and training of team on new functionality / transaction
Support stores during warehouse SAP operations - correction of errors in stocking, unloading etc.
Provide support in specific border cases and how to solve them in SAP
Responsible for data quality control and helps with correction errors that occur in the system as part of store operations
Responsible for training of current staff + continuous training for newcomers on usage of the system
