Main responsibilities

  • He/she provides complete support to the stores, so that the SAP system works, there are no goods missing and the state of the cash registers is in order

  • Collection of change requirements and its proper definition for Tech teams, coordination of implementation and training of team on new functionality / transaction

  • Support stores during warehouse SAP operations - correction of errors in stocking, unloading etc. 

  • Provide support in specific border cases and how to solve them in SAP

  • Responsible for data quality control and helps with correction errors that occur in the system as part of store operations

  • Responsible for training of current staff + continuous training for newcomers on usage of the system

 

  • English (min. B2 level)
