Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Finance solutions on SAP S/4HANA.
- Provide expert guidance on Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) processes, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.
- Conduct system assessments and recommend best practices to align SAP functionalities with business processes.
- Oversee complex SAP Finance transformations, including migrations to S/4HANA, ensuring minimal business disruption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP Finance with external systems (e.g., third-party financial applications).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging emerging SAP technologies (HANA, Fiori, etc.) and developing roadmaps for digital transformation.
- Provide mentorship to junior consultants, fostering skill development and knowledge transfer.
- Engage with stakeholders to deliver customized financial reporting, analytics, and KPIs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP ECC, and FI/CO modules.
- Strong understanding of financial business processes and SAP integration points (e.g., MM, SD, PS).
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Experience with full lifecycle SAP implementations and migrations.
- SAP certification in Finance and S/4HANA is a plus.
