SAP Consultant/Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Be part of a small local team
• Gather information on existing processes 
• Provide the central SAP development & testing team with clearly defined & prioritized business requirements.

Required skills:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience and knowledge of the following as a consultant and user:
• Knowledge of application development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills, establishing root cause and underlying patterns
• Ability to initiate and maintain influential relationships with internal customers, central development testing team, and delivery partners
• Working knowledge of data cleansing techniques and understanding of SAP master data
• Experience working with SAP S4Hana finance platform and specifically P2P
• Requirement gathering techniques and capture methodology, including user story and acceptance criteria creation
• Ability to capture current ways of working and documenting processes including gap analyses between local requirements and global templated solution
• Able to prioritize requirements
• Polish & English language (written and verbal)
