The SAP HXM COE Lead will spearhead the Human Experience Management (HXM) Center of Excellence (COE) to transform and optimize HXM processes and solutions across the organization. This position will oversee the design, development, and continuous improvement of SAP HXM modules (OM, PA, Time Management, Payroll) and the SAP SuccessFactors suite, aligning them with the business's strategic goals. The role requires high-level technical expertise and strategic insight to guide the HXM function through complex implementation, enhancement, and support cycles.
Job Description and Requirements
Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and lead the SAP HXM COE, creating a vision and roadmap for HXM system enhancements and optimizations.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business leadership to align SAP HXM initiatives with organizational goals.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in HXM, ensuring seamless integration and maximizing system utilization.
Functional SME
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for SAP HXM suite (HCM and SF modules)
- Lead the design, configuration, and customization efforts
- Manage SAP SF system performance tuning, including regular monitoring and optimization to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Oversee SAP system upgrades, patch management, and system refreshes.
- Manage SuccessFactors release upgrades, ensuring smooth adoption of new functionalities and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
- Oversee project planning, and resource allocation for HXM initiatives and SuccessFactors implementations.
- Drive change management and user adoption strategies, ensuring that employees and stakeholders are adequately trained and supported.
Stakeholder Engagement & Support
- Act as the primary liaison between IT, HR, and end-users, gathering requirements, resolving issues, and ensuring system alignment with business needs.
- Lead training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance user competency and confidence with SAP HXM and SuccessFactors solutions.
Continuous Improvement, Innovation, and Compliance
- Identify and evaluate emerging trends and best practices in HXM technology to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of HR transformation.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance user experience, efficiency, and data accuracy across HXM systems.
- Regularly audit data integrity and system configurations to maintain high standards of data quality and compliance. Drive External and Internal Audits.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master in Human Resources is an advantage.
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in SAP HXM, with a focus on OM, PA, Time Management, and Payroll.
- Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors suite, including multiple full-cycle implementations.
- Proven track record of leading HR technology transformation initiatives, preferably in a large enterprise setting. Proven experience in managing and supporting complex and multiple backend SAP systems.
Skills
- Certification in SAP HCM and SAP SF modules is mandatory.
- Certifications like PMP, and SAP Activate are a plus.
