SAP Change Manager (REF3293A)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process incoming customer change requests.
  • Work with SAP Technical teams and Chapter Leads to implement changes effectively.
  • Help prepare technical solutions for incoming requests in collaboration with experts.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers to address any questions or issues.
  • Gather necessary approvals and participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
  • Track the planning, scheduling, and execution of changes.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Experience in IT operations.
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Service NOW, ITIL, or SAP is a plus.
