Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process incoming customer change requests.
- Work with SAP Technical teams and Chapter Leads to implement changes effectively.
- Help prepare technical solutions for incoming requests in collaboration with experts.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers to address any questions or issues.
- Gather necessary approvals and participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
- Track the planning, scheduling, and execution of changes.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Experience in IT operations.
- Basic knowledge of ITIL.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Service NOW, ITIL, or SAP is a plus.
