Provide continuous support to end-users during the SAP IS-Retail solution rollout; - Work closely with business users and process owners to understand their reporting and analytics requirements
Assist end-users in navigating and utilizing analytics tools effectively
Collaborate with local teams to address and troubleshoot analytics-related challenges
Conduct training sessions for end-users
Provide ongoing support and address user inquiries and issues
Create documentation, user guides, and best practices to assist end-users
Facilitate knowledge transfer to local teams
Assist in change management efforts
Previous experience with at least 1st level support in SAP Analytics
Minimum 2 years of experience in support projects working with ticket solving and incidents
Fluent in Polish
Available for extensive travelling
Open to a 6 month contract
