◆Project overview 
One of the key challenges that our Japanese companies face is globalization, i.e., standardizing enterprise architecture globally. There are not so many Japanese companies that attempt to transform themselves to a global company and there are not so many opportunities of working on globalization, however in this SAP project for our major Japanese clients, as they are now shifting to a global company, you will be able to work on such globalization opportunity.  If you fulfill your responsibility successfully and make this great transformation happen, you will get quite meaningful experience and bilingual coordination capabilities that majorities of the other Japanese clients show their interests for their globalization.   

 
日本企業が直面している重要な課題の 1 つは、グローバル化、つまりエンタープライズ アーキテクチャをグローバルに標準化することです。グローバル企業への変革を目指す日本企業は少なく、グローバル化に取り組む機会はそう多くありませんが、当社のSAPプロジェクトでは、グローバル企業へのシフトが進む日本の主要クライアントを対象に、このようなグローバル化の機会に取り組むことができます。本プロジェクトを経験し、役割・責任を果たしていき、この大きな変革を実現することができれば、非常に有意義な（グローバルコラボレーションの）経験とバイリンガルの調整能力を得ることができます。    

◆Roles and responsibilities 

Contribute to client project as FICO functional lead position (the following are examples of key activities in typical global project)  

• Develop project plan as SAP Finance functional lead  
• Define global template or understand pre-configured SAP solution (Functional coverage of globally standardized SAP, Global standard processes/policies) 

• Understand high level local organizational structure including external units, as-is business process flow, high level local as-is system architecture incl. interfaces, middleware and high level data flow  
• Identify gaps between global template and as-is business process/legal compliance  
• Define to-be business processes/systems and functional/non-functional requirements  
• To direct configuration and RICEF design as per business requirements  
• Prepare the test cases (for both configured and RICEFs custom functionalities).  

• Discuss with offshore team the functional requirements including integrations  
• Support the client team and the development team in testing, training, master data preparation and data migration  
• Make a daily communication, weekly and monthly reports to the supervisor  
• Support SAP business development through RFP response, proposal development, and/or oral presentation etc.  
• Participate in Capgemini enterprise solutions practice community by exchanging the knowledge and experience across SAP practitioners  

職務内容 

FICO Functional Leadとしてクライアントプロジェクトに参画いただきます。以下は、典型的なグローバルプロジェクトにおける主要な活動の例です。 

• SAP Finance のファンクショナルリーダーとしてプロジェクト計画を策定する。 
• グローバルテンプレートの指定、コンフィグレーション前（デフォルト状態）のSAP ソリューションの理解 (グローバルに標準化された SAP の機能範囲、グローバル標準のプロセス/ポリシーなどの理解。) 
• ハイレベルな視点（抽象度が高く設定した視点）からローカル組織構造を理解する。外部ユニット、エンドツーエンドのビジネス プロセス フロー、システムおよびインターフェイス データ フローなど。 

• グローバルテンプレートと現状のビジネスプロセス/法令遵守との間のギャップを分析、特定する。 
• あるべき（To be）ビジネスプロセス/システムと機能/非機能要件を定義する。 
• ビジネス要件に従ってコンフィグレーションとRICEFの設計を指示する。 
• テストケースの準備 (コンフィグレーション済み機能とRICEF カスタム機能の両方について)。 
• インテグレーションを含むファンクショナル要件（仕様要件）についてオフショアチームと話し合う。 

• テスト、トレーニング、マスターデータの準備、データ移行においてクライアントチームと開発チームをサポートする。 
• スーパーバイザーとの日々のコミュニケーション、及び週次および月次レポートの作成。 
• RFP対応、提案書作成、プレゼンテーションなどを通じてSAP のビジネス開発をサポート。 
• SAP プラクティショナー間で知識と経験を共有、交換、文書化することにより、部門のノウハウ蓄積。 

◆Necessary skills and experience  

Must requirements 

• Both business Japanese and English bilingual skill.  

　　　　(*JP level N2 or higher… JP resume may be required) 

• 6+ years of SAP implementation experience, which must include business blueprint in FI/CO module  

• Understanding business processes and requirements in the areas of expertise (e.g. financial/managerial accounting, IFRS) 
• Understanding of SAP S/4 HANA 
• Good interpersonal skill with people including client and team members 

Nice-to-have 

• Flexibility to develop solutions from multiple aspects (e.g. business procedure change, organizational change, technical solution)  

• Ability to express your own opinion to client middle level (e.g. accounting division manager)  
• Willingness to learn new packaged solutions, IT industry trends, methods and tools. 
• Collaboration Experience with people with different nationalities and cultures.  
• Capability to make work request and review the progress to offshore resources through documentation and verbal communication
