Sample Management Scientist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Oversee material receipt and inventory management activities to ensure accurate tracking and organization of all incoming materials.
- Conduct aseptic aliquoting of samples from source bulk, adhering to strict protocols to maintain sample integrity.
- Facilitate the timely submission of samples to testing laboratories, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Utilize Good Documentation Practices to meticulously generate and review documentation throughout the storage and submission process, maintaining thorough records of all activities.
- Employ data integrity principles to populate and maintain databases supporting inventory management and sample submission, ensuring accuracy and reliability of information.
- Experience working in dynamic environments where flexibility is essential.
- Foster a customer service attitude within and among laboratory personnel.

Basic Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or other related degree concentration
- 1-2 years of Sample Data Management experience
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of West Point, PA are encouraged to apply.
