Role Overview: As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions to meet the strategic needs of BETSOL and it's Customers. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, customization, integration, and development best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions that enhance business processes and drive organizational success.
Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership: Guide the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions. Mentor the development team and ensure best practices.

Project Management: Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Participate in Agile ceremonies and address technical issues.

Solution Architecture: Design scalable Salesforce solutions. Evaluate and recommend Salesforce products and features.

Development and Customization: Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Perform data migration and integration using Mulesoft or similar platforms.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements. Provide technical support and troubleshooting.

Compliance and Security: Ensure data security and privacy compliance. Conduct system audits and vulnerability assessments.
Requirements:

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 5+ years of Salesforce development and administration experience. Proven leadership in Salesforce projects.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs. Experience with integration tools.

Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Application Architect preferred. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II required.

Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Agile Methodology: Experience with Agile development and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
