As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that meet our business needs. You will leverage your extensive experience in Salesforce architecture and integrations, particularly using MuleSoft, to ensure seamless connectivity and optimized performance. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise and excellent leadership skills.
What your impact will look like here:
- Architecture Design:
- Develop and implement Salesforce architecture solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements.
- Lead the design, or possible re-designs, of complex Salesforce applications and integrations, ensuring they adhere to best practices and governance standards.
- Create detailed architectural documentation and blueprints to guide development and implementation.
- Integration Management:
- Design and oversee integration strategies using MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform to connect Salesforce with external systems and applications.
- Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between Salesforce and other platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, optimizing performance and reliability.
- Manage (Gitlab) code repositories throughout the process to support changes through proper version control across (Development, Sandbox, Production) environments
- Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development team members, ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines and best practices.
- Lead code reviews, architecture reviews, and solution design sessions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Project Management:
- Work closely with project managers & project stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Oversee the technical aspects of Salesforce projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Manage and mitigate technical risks and issues that may impact project outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with Salesforce and MuleSoft developments, trends, and best practices.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system performance, security, and scalability.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the technical team.
You will love this job if you have:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and technical design.
- Extensive experience with MuleSoft integrations, including API design and management using the Anypoint Platform.
- Proven track record of delivering complex Salesforce solutions and integrations in large-scale environments.
- Technical Skills:
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud (Einstein for Service Cloud a plus), and custom applications.
- Proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API Manager, Runtime Manager, Access Management, Anypoint Studio, and DataWeave.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, security, and governance in Salesforce & MuleSoft.
- Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect or similar certification is preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
