We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Salesforce Specialist to join our team in Egypt. 

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure all projects are recorded in the CRM correctly and feature all supporting information to bill and collect
  • Manage the control process and ensure that all Sales Orders are generated in line with internal policies
  • Manage registration of new clients 
  • Ensure the Sales Team is operating within company compliance requirements in providing documentation to support each project
  • Control and regularly update CRM data
  • Collaborate closely  with Credit Risk analysis
  • Support and collaborate with Sales, Operations, Commercial and Finance teams from different regions globally
  • Respond to high volumes of emails, and prepare reports when required

What You Need For This Role

  • Work experience in SalesForce / Sales Admin, Collections, Billings or Finance departments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, and related fields.
  • Advanced English skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products 
  • CRM/Workflow tools usage experience a plus (Salesforce desirable)
