Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Salesforce implementation projects across various geographies, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of project goals and expectations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring best practices and industry standards are followed.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
- Manage change management processes to deploy new systems and train users effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Project Manager, with a track record of successful implementations across multiple geographies.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including ServiceMax (preferred).
- Ability to join immediately or within 1 month.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Certifications (one or two below certifications would give more confidence) :
- Salesforce Admin or Advanced Admin is a plus
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect is a plus
- Salesforce Certified System Architect is a plus
- ServiceMax Certified Advanced Administrator (Good to have)
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or
- PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments)
