We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with business and technical experience to lead and manage the delivery of Salesforce implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have ample experience as a project manager on both the business and technical side, and a strong understanding of the Salesforce Platform as well as a desire to enhance the organisation’s capabilities in project management through mentoring and knowledge sharing. The candidate will have a desire to want to support the growth of the business through exceptional delivery and stakeholder management. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the delivery of Salesforce implementation projects for clients, working primarily with Salesforce products.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop a plan to meet those needs
Ensure that project risks are identified, assessed, and managed effectively
Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters and provide regular updates to senior management
Ensure that projects are delivered in compliance with company policies, standards, and regulations
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Manage and report on project budgets, timelines, quality, and resource allocation
Collaborate with other departments and functions to ensure that projects are integrated and aligned with the overall business strategy
Provide exceptional customer service and stakeholder management
Demonstrate diplomacy and tact when dealing with clients and team members
Provide input to, and at times lead, the execution of client pitches including facilitating presentation inputs from cross-functional teams, answering questions relating to delivery execution approaches, apply critical thinking to the pitch process and client needs analysis, as well as feeling comfortable and confident presenting to clients to win work
Contribute to the project management body of knowledge within the organization
Stay current with industry trends and best practices, and provide recommendations for how they can be leveraged to improve the delivery of projects
Understand and work with the development cycle, production release process, and testing process.

Qualifications:

3-4 years experience in project management
Experience working for a consultancy as well as on the client-side
Strong understanding of Salesforce projects and implementations
Experience working with Salesforce products is desired
Experience leading and managing complex projects in ambiguous environments
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile qualifications or equivalent experience
