Salesforce Marketing Cloud Scrum Master

We are now looking for a Scrum Master with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) expertise to join our team! You will report to our Marketing Services Manager.

These will be your key responsibilities in a nutshell:

• You plan deliverables and help teams monitor performance
• You plan releases using Atlassian suite tools
• You coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
• You resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• You travel for workshops
• You work independently

You are the ideal candidate if you:

• Have at least 3+ years of Scrum Master experience
• Have advanced English language skills, both spoken and written
• Have strong Scrum methodology knowledge
• Have Salesforce Marketing Cloud technical knowledge
• Have Atlassian Jira and Confluence Scrum Master experience
• Have a technical project manager background
• Have excellent interpersonal skills, proactivity and communication skills towards both team and client
• Have experience supporting complex technical projects and multinational teams
• Are good at leading large teams
• Are very analytical and responsible
• Are experienced in Agile and Scrum ways of working
• Are able to work independently
• It would be great if you have a Scrum master certification
• It would be great if you have experience with or knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalisation (MCP) (Interaction Studio) and Data Cloud) as you may speak to technical teams on topics such as Interaction Studio, sitemap, SSJS scripting, Data warehouse, potential and limitations of Interaction Studio, and web personalisation (end-to-end)
