Work with the solution architect to translate business requirements/user stories into a practical, scalable solution that leverages the functionality and best practices of the chosen marketing automation system.
Facilitate client meetings to share marketing automation framework, best practices, and case studies.
Work with clients to shape marketing automation system design and strategy.
Ensure clear and effective communication during the project.
Work effectively as an individual and with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Performs marketing automation system administration, configuration, data migration, and integration duties as directed.
Keep up-to-date on the latest industry trends and research to share with clients, drive practice development, training, and thought leadership, and develop best practices.
Understand the ins and outs of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and create the right solution to solve the client's unique challenge.
Identify risks that threaten project success and recommend workarounds.
Get creative designing, prototyping and building Salesforce systems including cross cloud solutions that cover Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Core Cloud and Data Cloud.

3 to 5 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and related products.
Ability to handle client interactions at the senior level to lead project discussions.
Ability to guide client in building an effective marketing feature roadmap and support its implementation.
Understand key CRM business architecture.
Excellent in HTML Email and Landing Page designing.
Understanding of Salesforce programming (Apex and Visual force).
Experience in AMP Script for Advance Personalization.
Experience in lightning development, able to build components and apps.
Good knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization.
Understanding of best practices and SFDC Coding Standards.
