Salesforce DevOps

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce DevOps Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps working and supporting DevOps pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce DevOps Engineer responsible for implementing scalable solutions including continuous delivery, optimization, monitoring, release management and support the end to end release process.
  • Ensure all Salesforce updates made seamlessly move from development through staging to production.
  • Experience with Salesforce platform production deployments working in an agile methodology environment
  • Experience in Continuous Integration Tools (Git, Jenkins, Ant)
  • Experience in Salesforce
  • Environment Management Tools
  • Experience in Windows and Linux Scripting
  • Experience working with overlapping product release cycles
  • A good team player, ability to learn quickly, excellent written and spoken communication.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Continuous Integration tools such as source control, and automation
  • Understanding of the Agile SDLC and how DevOps play a role in it
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, its architecture, and the product suite, including expertise in Sales & Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud. Excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Proven industry experience with Git, Jira, Jenkins
  • Experience using scripting languages including BASH, Groovy, PowerShell and Python to build automation
  • Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Administration

  • nCino Devops experience
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce DevOps best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II

Please Note: This is a hybrid position and will require at least 2 days in the office per week. Successful candidates will need to complete a background check.
