    As a consultant within the LTR team, you will work with our clients to define their digital strategy and execution roadmap, and design and implement differentiated digital solutions to help deliver measurable value.

    Your responsibilities in this role will include:
    Job Description:
  • Must possess experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, including Sales Cloud Administration and Customization. Understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture and familiarity with the broader Salesforce ecosystem Experience with Sales Cloud, and proficient in building custom applications on Platform. Design, builds, tests and supports high-quality, innovative and fully performing software that complies with coding standards and technical design. Implement automation, address vulnerabilities, plan and execute upgrades. Manage deployments through proper change management and troubleshoot complex incidents. Facilitate enhancements to different applications.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Lightening Framework, Apex, App exchange product development work and other customizations in SFDC
  • Good understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud/ Community Cloud/Sales Cloud/ Health Cloud
  • Experience in JavaScript Programming, HTML and CSS
  • Good understanding of API integration methodology (Rest and SOAP API knowledge is a must, MuleSoft knowledge is a plus)
  • Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and present ideas in user-friendly language.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Perform Unit testing and support other test cycles.
  • Capability and knowledge to lead and mentor the team in designing and review of code and guide and encourage the team to follow best practices.
  • In depth understanding of SFDC Profiles/Roles and Sharing Rules, Validation Rules, Tasks, Workflow rules and Triggers, etc.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce deployment tools
