Rubrik has become the fastest growing enterprise startup in Silicon Valley.  We are seeking a passionate and highly driven individual to join the Product Operations IT team! The Product Operations IT team is integral to the success of the Sales organization by helping to facilitate smooth ordering operations. You’ll work with a team of IT Product Managers, QA, DevOps and Scrum Masters staff across the globe to understand the business requirements. You’ll be responsible for writing clean, modular code and following DevOps processes for QA, UAT and release on a sprint schedule. The right candidate for this position is eager to learn and expand their knowledge. 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the functional leads, tech leads, Scrum Masters and development team to document and ensure technical solutions support business needs
  • Ensure the solution is scalable and meets overall business requirements, drive high quality implementation and issue fixes
  • Advise and develop scalable solutions to meet the business requirements, leveraging OOB or custom lightning components, APEX, workflows, process builders - understanding the differences and tradeoffs between each solution approach
  • Participate in code reviews with Peers to check code quality and ensure scalability
  • Conversant in broad range of technical topics including - integration, master data management and user experience
  • Create solution design documents, especially technology approaches, estimates and design
  • Configure, test and roll out technical solutions

Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ yrs. experience as a developer for Salesforce in Order management, Service Contract, Entitlement, Asset, Opportunity, or Account processes
  • Experience working with Force.com Apex Classes, Apex triggers, Batch Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visual Force (VF Pages), Integration (REST, SOAP, Change Data Capture, Platform Events), Force.com API, SOQL and SOSL 
  • Experience working with Salesforce customizations, workflow approvals and process builder 
  • Experience with CI/CD Devops including using tools such as: Visual Studio Code, Git, Bitbucket and Jira 
  • Ability to troubleshoot the Salesforce platform: sharing and visibility, bulk DML operations, Apex, callouts, etc. 
  • Experience with web, database, middleware integrations, object oriented software technologies, SDLC methodologies and Salesforce.com or Force.com
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams internally and at customer sites
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Lead development initiatives and provides mentorship and direction to less experienced developers
  • Ability to work closely within a team environment of multi functional and cross vendor teams and deliver to aggressive timelines
