About the role
As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and implementing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and maintaining high data quality standards. You will work closely with business stakeholders, system administrators, and other development teams to deliver solutions that meet organisational needs.
Job responsibilities
Develop, test, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using declarative and programmatic tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Customise Salesforce applications to meet specific business requirements, creating and modifying custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, etc.
Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications, both internal and external, to ensure seamless data flow and process automation. Use tools like Salesforce Connect, Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms.
Manage data within Salesforce, including data imports, exports, cleansing, deduplication, and maintaining data quality standards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, system administrators, and other development teams to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and translate them into technical solutions.
Create and maintain documentation related to the business processes. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. Explore new technologies and tools to enhance capabilities and improve development efficiency.
