We are looking for a motivated Salesforce Developer who is eager to grow their skills in Salesforce administration and development, particularly with CPQ+ and Lightning Experience Components. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience implementing and customizing Salesforce solutions and a willingness to learn about additional business systems. As a member of our team, you will contribute to enhancing our Salesforce platform to support our business objectives.
What you'll do:
- Assist in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce CPQ+ solutions to streamline our sales processes.
- Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ+ to align with our organization’s needs, focusing on pricing, quoting, and product configuration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and contribute to high-quality Salesforce implementations.
- Help develop and maintain Lightning Experience Components to improve user experience and optimize business processes.
- Support the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Advanced Approvals to automate workflows and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce CPQ+ and related integrations, addressing issues and enhancements as needed.
- Assist in managing data integration between Salesforce and other business systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
- Participate in data management activities, including data migration, cleansing, and reporting to support business operations.
- Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to contribute to continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform.
- Work alongside more senior team members to learn and grow your Salesforce skills.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development, with a focus on CPQ+ and Lightning Experience Components.
- Basic proficiency in Salesforce CPQ+, including configuration and customization.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Advanced Approvals, including setup and configuration.
- Experience with developing Lightning Experience Components using Aura and/or LWC is a plus.
- Understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, and security best practices.
- Knowledge of data integration techniques and tools, as well as experience with data management best practices.
- Ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver effective Salesforce implementations.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder are a plus but not required.
- Experience in the SaaS software industry is a bonus.
