Salesforce Consultant

  • Serve as the primary consultant on client engagements, providing expert advice on Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.).
  • Analyze, design, and implement cross-platform solutions leveraging Salesforce technologies, including connected systems.
  • Collaborate with clients to unlock the full potential of the Salesforce platform by creating tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Facilitate workshops with client stakeholders, from team members to C-level executives, to gather requirements, align expectations, and drive project success.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and deployment processes, ensuring a seamless translation of business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Act as the primary interface between clients and internal development teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient execution.
  • Resolve complex challenges by summarizing and synthesizing varied client perspectives and driving them toward actionable solutions.
  • Contribute to internal practice development initiatives, including mentoring junior consultants, recruiting talent, and supporting business development and marketing efforts.
  • Engage in pre-sales activities, such as crafting proposals and delivering presentations, to support business growth.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud) implementation and consulting
  • Proficiency in Salesforce technologies and architecture, including connected systems and integrations
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and platform capabilities
  • Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and design scalable solutions
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities in facilitating workshops and leading cross-functional teams
  • Additional Skills and Attributes:

    • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant, or similar) are highly desirable.
    • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
    • Passion for learning and contributing to team and organizational growth.
