Salesforce Business Systems Analyst at ThoughtSpot

About The Role:

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join our growing Salesforce Operations team. You will work with various stakeholders and be responsible for gathering requirements, solution design, configuration, process documentation, and providing general system support in a fast-paced, high-growth company. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong business acumen, attention to detail, excellent communication (both written and verbal), technical expertise, and the ability to build strong relationships with business partners.

What You'll Do:

Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical requirements.
Design, configure, and deliver solutions for various departments and teams.
Communicate process changes and enhancements to business users.
Lead projects to scale the Salesforce environment and related systems.
Ensure data integrity across different objects, fields, and extended applications.
Proactively identify new avenues for capturing data and system optimisation.
Effectively triage requests from business users and prioritise work for future sprints.

What You'll Bring:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with business users.
5+ years of working experience with Salesforce using advanced configuration methods (flows).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a business environment, with the ability to design and story-tell potential solution/process designs.
Ability to balance multiple projects and independently scope additional and/or future enhancements.
BA/BS degree in a computer science, mathematics, or business administration discipline (or equivalent applicable experience).
Experience with SOQL, DataLoader, Excel, and other Salesforce administration tools.
Salesforce Certifications: Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst, Sales & Service Cloud Consultant (a plus).
Experience working with multiple Salesforce Cloud offerings.
Familiarity with complimentary Salesforce applications (Vivun, 6Sense, Certinia, Clari, LeanData), a plus.
