- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and objectives.
- Define best practices and guidelines for Salesforce architecture, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and performance.
- Create architecture documentation, including data models, integration flows, and security models.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work with business teams to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide architectural governance and oversight to ensure adherence to architecture standards and strategic goals.
Integration:
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), and middleware tools.
- Ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and external systems, considering security, performance, and reliability.
Customization & Configuration:
- Oversee the customization and configuration of Salesforce features, including workflows, reports, dashboards, security settings, and custom objects.
- Guide the development team on custom coding, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Salesforce development teams. Lead code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and code quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends.
Security & Compliance:
- Design secure Salesforce architectures with a focus on data privacy, role-based access, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Ensure that Salesforce solutions adhere to industry security standards and corporate policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Salesforce Architect Certification(s) (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect) strongly preferred.
- Expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud.
- Proficiency in Salesforce technologies: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce DX.
- Experience in agile methodology and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
