Salesforce Administrator

As a Salesforce Administrator at Orfium, you will be pivotal in configuring, customizing, and maintaining our Salesforce platform to support our business processes and drive operational excellence. You will continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and managing the product roadmap. Additionally, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, implement automation, and ensure data integrity, all while providing exceptional user support.

Job Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating custom objects, fields, and page layouts.
  • Implement automation using Flow Builder to streamline processes.
  • Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure appropriate access and data security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, data discrepancies, and system errors.
  • Maintain data quality by performing data imports, exports, and updates as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, recommend relevant updates to enhance platform functionality, and Identify unused or underutilized platform features.
  • Act as project manager when working with external consultants on development projects.
  • Collaborating with leadership on SalesForce team development.
  • Responsible for design, develop, and implement customized solutions using APEX, including APEX triggers, classes, and solutions to enhance system functionality, optimize performance, and support business requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience
  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator (preferred)
  • Experience in managing a Salesforce organization with >50 users
  • Project Management Skills
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical needs
  • Salesforce customisation through logic configuration.
  • Excellent knowledge of automation building using Flow Builder.
  • Experience with data management and data quality best practices.
  • Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
