About the position:

Netskope is looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) Systems Team. This role will be responsible for supporting Netskope’s Commercial Salesforce org, from day-to-day maintenance to customizing the application in support of key business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices, as well as expertise in executing on technical solution design within a complex Salesforce environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and support all aspects of Netskope’s Commercial Salesforce org.
  • User management, which includes user creation, permissions, role hierarchy maintenance, profile management, and third party application access
  • Create and maintain flow automations and validation rules to support solution design
  • Support integrations between third party applications and Salesforce, with a focus on data integrity
  • Monitor and answer user support requests within Jira, while also working on larger projects supporting key business initiatives
  • Work closely with other Salesforce Administrators and Developers to support Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ within our Commercial org
  • Create and maintain process documentation for end users, as well as solution design documentation for the GTM Systems Team
  • Proactively monitor for and troubleshoot technical issues

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience administering Salesforce at an enterprise B2B SaaS company
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Experience working in a complex Salesforce environment with multiple clouds, including CPQ and Service cloud
  • Hands on experience with technical solution design and development using flows
  • Familiarity with integrating and managing third party applications with Salesforce
  • Experience working with cross functional teams to evaluate business requirements
  • Familiarity with standard Salesforce sharing architecture
  • Understanding of Sales business processes, aligned to Lead, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, Orders, and Case Objects

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BSc) preferred.
