Responsabilities

  • Responsible for developing and optimizing Salesforce solutions, including designing, implementing, and enhancing new and existing features. 
  • Manage user access and security, configure Salesforce settings (flows, processes, layouts, etc.), and oversee sandbox environments. 
  • Handle data management tasks, ensuring data integrity and quality. 
  • Perform Salesforce organization maintenance and update tasks. 
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and integrate Appexchange solutions. 
  • Manage integrated and third-party applications, understand deployment strategies, and provide training and support to users. 
  • Responsible for creating technical documentation, reports, and dashboards.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Experience with Experience Cloud.
  • Experience working with Flows.
  • Experience working with Apex.
  • Design and use best practice solutions.
  • A proactive, organized, and logical person interested in learning and developing new skills and Salesforce features/ products.
  • Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Case Managements.
  • Experience working with Service cloud.
