Salesforce Administrator

Innovative is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage and improve our Salesforce instance, as well as provide guidance and support on Salesforce integrated sales + marketing technology.
 
Responsible for:
1.       Configuring and designing new features and functionality in the platform
2.      Providing end-user support for our internal teams utilizing the platform
3.      Building, maintaining, and troubleshooting salesforce workflows
4.      Configuring and maintaining custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, custom workflows, approval processes, installed packages, etc.
5.      Overseeing and optimizing the usage of Salesforce.com along with key Sales & Marketing software platforms, including (but not limited to) DocuSign, HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc…
6.      Maintaining user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings, etc.
7.      Establishing and implementing change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc.
8.      Engaging with business stakeholders to gather & analyze requirements and propose solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality
9.      Managing data imports, database de-duping, and cleanup
10.   Identifying production risks and areas for improvement
11.    Prioritizing, designing, and facilitating successful implementation and adoption of new processes
12.    Developing and implementing training for end-users.
13. Creating and maintaining all training materials and guides for processes related to Salesforce.com business applications.

What experience you need (degree, experience, specific skills, etc):
1.       5+ years in Salesforce.com administration
2.      Certified Salesforce.com Administrator a requirement (must be obtained upon hire if you don’t already have it)
3.      Experience working in a Professional Services Organization a plus
4.      Additional Sales Tech Platform experience and certifications a plus
5.      Experience working with AWS ACE Integration a MAJOR plus
6.     Strong communications skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
