The Role - Salesforce Administrator (6 month FTC)

About your role 

Genius Sports is looking for a Salesforce Administrator on an initial 6-month engagement.  You will help with the maintaining of our Sales Cloud instance, implementation of Einstein, and general enhancements to our Marketing and Sales pipeline management capabilities as well as project work that may arise.    This is an exciting opportunity to join Genius Sports at the beginning of a transformation phase with a key focus on automation to drive revenue and growth. 

 

Who you are 

  • A superb communicator, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels 
  • A strategic thinker and pragmatic problem solver, able to understand the outcomes that the business needs to see and work out the right order to do things 
  • An experience Salesforce Administrator with a minimum of 2+ years' experience. 
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, or AI Associate certified and ideally have a Data Cloud Consultant certification or experience working with Data Cloud. 
  • Experienced working with Account Engagement (Pardot) or similar. 
  • Experienced working Juro (Contract Generation) and Everstage (Commissions) or similar applications. 

 

What you’ll bring

Einstein Analytics Expertise: 

  • Proficient in creating conversational experiences within the Salesforce environment using Einstein Co Pilot and Prompt Builder 
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, journey orchestration, data segmentation, CRM integration, event management, and campaign analytics. 

Pipeline Efficiency Enhancements: 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve pipeline efficiency by streamlining processes and improving automation, through flows and OOTB features to improve pipeline management & forecasting. 
  • Implement best practices for lead management, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasting. 

Marketing Strategy Implementation: 

  • Work closely with marketing teams to align Salesforce capabilities with marketing strategies.   

Data Quality Assurance: 

  • Monitor platform performance and ensure data quality by maintaining clean, accurate records as we roll out Einstein. 

User Training and Support: 

  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize adoption, engagement, and proficiency of Einstein. 

Business Process Optimization: 

  • Identify general opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions. 

Analytics Minded: 

  • Use Reports & Dashboards to monitor trends, identify opportunities and make data driven decisions. 

 

How we work

Most of your stakeholders are in departments who spend 2 days a week in the London office in Soho Square, and you will need to be able to collaborate with them in person as and when required.  This will probably look like being in the office twice per week, but we work flexibly to balance the needs of people, projects and office space correctly.
