Salesforce Administrator

The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with the Director, Product & Analytics. They will be a key contributor to the development and Administration of our Salesforce organization. They will work independently and collaboratively on all requirements brought to the salesforce development team. They will assist with maintaining and troubleshooting our existing Salesforce architecture. The Salesforce Administrator is expected to have an advanced understanding of Salesforce development and administration.

Salary Range: 420,000 MXN to 444,000 MXN/yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Director, Product & Analytics to align on prioritization within the development roadmap
  • Lead the development and implementation of new initiatives within the Salesforce development team
  • Utilize JIRA to prioritize and keep a record of initiatives
  • Effectively communicate with other team members on the status and progress of key initiatives
  • Work with multiple Salesforce Clouds, including Sales and Community
  • Design every part of a needed application or process, and plan how these parts will work together to function effectively within the existing organization
  • Utilize Flows to design or update solutions
  • Convert existing processes to Flows
  • Enhance, test, troubleshoot, and debug processes
  • Write technical documentation
  • Quickly gain understanding of business needs and objectives

Minimum Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 1+ years’ experience working as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Administrator Certification

  • Knowledge of software design patterns
