Constant Contact is searching for a Salesforce Administrator to support the Revenue Operations organization across various functions, including advanced Salesforce configuration, reporting, discovery, and documentation, as well as supporting day-to-day operational needs such as troubleshooting, systems optimization, and end-user training. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Salesforce and business operations, hold a Salesforce certification, and demonstrate exceptional skills in communication, critical thinking, and project management.

This hybrid role will report to either our Boston or Waltham, MA office 2-3 days a week.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with key stakeholders across the sales, marketing, and customer success organizations to define business problems, document requirements, and design scalable solutions utilizing Salesforce best practices.
  • Utilize internal ticketing queue to prioritize and complete requests ranging from strategic business needs to feature requests and bugs.
  • Design and implement advanced Salesforce configurations, including flows, custom metadata, complex assignment rules, data hygiene, advanced reporting, and more.
  • Support day-to-day operational needs, including troubleshooting, user assistance, data imports, testing, and investigation/maintenance of system issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to proactively provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to improve user adoption and support best practices.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator supporting sales, marketing, customer success, or business operations. Prior experience in a SaaS environment is a plus.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is required. Additional certifications in Salesforce or other business systems are a plus.
  • Additional admin experience in GTM tech stack is a plus.
  • Ability to create technical documentation to support new functionality or process enhancements
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with a high attention to detail
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and process design skills are required. Prior project management experience is a plus.
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills, a demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams, and a proven track record of managing multiple priorities effectively.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
