As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented Salesforce Administrator / Business Operations Engineer to join our team. As a Salesforce Administrator / Business Operations Engineer at Shippeo, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our sales, marketing, and operational systems. This position requires a polyvalent professional who can administer Salesforce CRM, integrate various systems, and contribute to the architecture and optimization of our technology stack.
CRM Administration & Development
- Perform general Salesforce administration tasks, including user and profile management, object management, and workflow configuration
- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning components
- Facilitate seamless integration between HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring data consistency and efficient collaboration between sales and marketing teams
- Develop and maintain REST routes in APEX to sync Salesforce and Shippeo back-office
- Design and maintain order management solution in Salesforce
Business & Operations System Integration & Architecture
- Advise on the selection of tools, frameworks and softwares to achieve Shippeo's long and mid-term objectives
- Ensure the different software applications and tools used across the organization can communicate seamlessly, optimizing workflows and data flow
- Provide ongoing support for integrated tools, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing configurations
- Be proactive to learn and stay updated with the industry best practices
Business Operations Excellence & Automation
- Design and implement automation solutions to streamline business processes
- This may involve creating scripts, workflows, or utilizing automation tools to reduce manual effort, increase efficiency, and minimize errors
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a CRM/Salesforce Administrator or Business Operations Engineer in a growing SaaS company
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Familiarity with HubSpot administration and Salesforce integration preferred
- Understanding of API development and RESTful services
- Knolwedge of APEX programming language
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Collaborative team player
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous
