Reporting to the Director of Sales Data & Systems, the Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for supporting our existing admin team in managing and customizing the Salesforce platform to meet the needs of the organization. Key duties include user management, data security, system maintenance, process automation, reporting, and ensuring the platform's optimal performance. This is a full time position that is fully remote with an option to work in the office (for NYC-based employees).
What you’ll be doing:
- Overall managing System Admin responsibilities for Spring Health Sales Cloud with 170+ users (and growing)
- Work in partnership with other Admins at Spring Health – SFDC Health Cloud, Revenue Systems, Hubspot, Gainsight – on cross-functional builds and overall system maintenance
- Work with IT and security teams on provisioning and managing Salesforce user accounts
- Create & improve any necessary automations in Salesforce (Flows, CRM-Analytics Data Manager etc.)
- Support Systems team on Rev Org tools that integrate with Salesforce (e.g. Hubspot, RingLead, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Sendoso, 6Sense) and in-house proprietary tools
- Collaborate with Data Foundations & Business Intelligence teams on data architecture that impacts other reporting systems (Snowflake, Looker, etc)
- Manage & improve the overall data architecture across standard & custom objects and documenting data flow between systems
- Provide administrative support for a high volume of Salesforce ad-hoc requests through SFDC Cases & Asana (troubleshooting & maintenance, basic reporting, modifying data architecture, page layouts & visibility, etc.)
- Manage security & governance re: profiles, roles, permissions, sharing rules
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements for Salesforce development
- Perform database maintenance tasks, including bulk updates, deduplication & other cleansing
What success looks like in this role:
- 80%+ On-Time Delivery of the Systems Roadmap (excl. Intentional deprioritization)
- Approved Support Tickets resolution time < 2 business days
- 15% improvement on Salesforce CSAT score
What we expect from you:
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce administration (ideally has at least the “Salesforce Administrator” certification)
- Required understanding of Salesforce data infrastructure (Standard & Custom objects), process automation (Flows), reporting & dashboards, security (profiles, roles, permission sets), data management (Data Import Wizard / Dataloader)
- Experience with any of the following is a PLUS, not required: Gong, Hubspot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, RingLead, SalesNavigator, Looker, ZoomInfo, Xappex G-Connector, Salesforce Health Cloud
- Proficiency in data analysis / formulas in Google Sheets or Excel (VLookup, Avg/Sum/Count)
- Aptitude for proactively identifying ways to improve systems and processes
- Attention to detail - ability to identify discrepancies in data & gaps in process
- Fast learner comfortable adapting to new processes and technology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (ability to summarize findings, results, and ideas clearly and concisely)
- Excellent project & time management abilities
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
The target base salary range for this position is $86,000 - $106,250, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
