What you will do?

• Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator, ensuring system functionality, security, and reliability.
• Provide day-to-day user support, troubleshoot issues, and respond to user requests efficiently.
• Manage user setup, permissions, roles, profiles, and security settings.
• Configure and optimize Salesforce objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and page layouts to align with business processes.
• Ensure data integrity through regular maintenance, deduplication, and data import/export processes.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights for teams.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices, implementing improvements where necessary.

 
What you have?

• 1-3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience (Salesforce Admin certification preferred).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with user management, permissions, Flows, Reports & Dashboards, and Data Management.
• Ability to troubleshoot user issues, provide training, and ensure a smooth user experience.
• Knowledge of data import/export tools (Data Loader, Import Wizard).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to support non-technical users.
