You are an experienced sales training professional with a passion for enabling sales teams to excel. You thrive on developing and delivering training programs that not only educate but also inspire. You possess a deep understanding of sales processes and methodologies and are adept at translating complex concepts into practical, actionable training. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and your strong communication skills make you a key player in driving sales success.

About the Role

In this role you will:

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive sales training programs that equip the sales team with the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve their targets.
  • Create and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and resources that cater to different learning styles and experience levels.
  • Collaborate with GTM leadership to identify training needs and tailor programs that address specific gaps and opportunities.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Partner with product, marketing, partnerships, and sales teams to ensure training content is aligned with current offerings, messaging, and sales strategies.
  • Work closely with product & marketing to enable on exciting product launches and initiatives.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new sales team members, ensuring they are quickly equipped to contribute to the team’s success.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning by providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to the sales team.

What You’ve Done Before

  • 4+ years of experience in sales training, enablement, or a related role, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience in Software as a Service relevant product driven industries.
  • Proven success in developing and delivering effective sales training programs at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies (MEDDICC and/or SPICED preferred), and tools, such as LMS and CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
  • Experience in analyzing training needs and measuring the impact of training programs on sales performance.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to command the room.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.

It’d be Great if You’ve Done This

  • Experience in Event Tech or Martech.
  • Previous experience leading training initiatives in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency with the latest training technologies and learning management systems.
  • Experience with onboarding programs and accelerating new hire ramp-up time.
  • Certification in adult learning principles or instructional design.
  • Knowledge/certified in advanced sales methodologies such as SPICED, Challenger, MEDDIC, or Sandler.
  • Knowledge in relevant systems and tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Sales Navigator).
