Requirements:

  • Lead Field Force team to achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Develop new business leads by mapping, visiting, identifying and acquiring business users across different industries and locations. Evaluate customer potential and convert leads into corporate accounts
  • Manage field force to achieve new sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction for revenue retention
  • Regular onsite market visits and market opportunity assessment.
  • Identifying problems and make agreeable solutions for any field-related issues.
  • Maintaining effective communication with the entire team to ensure proper flow of accurate data.
  • Conducting weekly feedback sessions for all the Field team members.
  • Preparing and communicating report on performance of the field team members to line manager on a weekly & monthly basis.
  • Understanding the ideas of consultative selling in the context of selling a service and be able to impart the expertise to the team to achieve team input and output KPIs.
