THE ROLE
The Carwow Sell My Car team is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to lead a team of Sales Executives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in team management, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of customer service and account management. The Sales Team Lead will oversee the performance and productivity of the team, ensuring they meet their targets and KPIs, and identifying opportunities for improvement. This role involves close collaboration with priority dealers to ensure their needs are met and customer satisfaction remains high.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
-Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they achieve their targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with priority dealers, ensuring their needs are met and customer satisfaction remains high.
- Identify areas for improvement in the team's performance and productivity, and implement actions to address these areas.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and account management.
- Monitor team performance and productivity, offering regular feedback and coaching to help team members improve.
- Understand priority accounts in detail, analysing and evaluating their performance to determine what is working well and what is not.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the team has the resources and support needed to meet their targets and deliver exceptional service.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, sharing this knowledge with the team to ensure continuous improvement and evolution.
