About the Role (Your Why) 

As the Sales Support Team Leader, you will guide a team of Sales Coordinators within our PSG division across Australia. In this leadership role, you will oversee team performance and ensure exceptional customer service delivery. You will succeed by leading through example, inspiring and motivating others, and demonstrating a passion for customer satisfaction and results-driven operations. 

Key Responsibilities: 
In this role, your focus will include: 

  • Leading, coaching, and developing your team to meet quality and productivity goals. 
  • Managing escalations and ensuring appropriate resource allocation for both internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Collaborating across Datacom’s business units to support new business opportunities. 
  • Fostering a strong commitment to customer service while sharing expertise within the team. 
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes. 

What You’ll Bring: 

  • A solid understanding of sales concepts and practices. 
  • Proven leadership skills with a passion for coaching, team development, and driving engagement. 
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. 
  • A proactive approach, leveraging creative thinking to drive automation and continuous improvement. 
  • A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to build strong relationships within your team and with support staff. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience in leadership or supervisory roles. 
  • Familiarity with sales terminology and processes. 
  • Leadership training or certifications would be an advantage.
