The Sales Support Supervisor is responsible for, but not limited to, driving flawless execution of Wyld’s go to market strategy through leadership of the Sales Support Team, market knowledge, and local
compliance and regulations. They will be responsible for setting standards and coordinating functions
through clear communication with their sales support team, while working closely with the Regional Sales Operations Manager to ensure all functions are achieved. They will be an integral part in the hiring, training, and development of sales support employees, and must be able to work a flexible schedule. This position will report directly to the Regional Sales Operations Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following

  • Supervise Sales Support Team and assist with planning, assigning, and directing work
  • Included in the management of the Sales Support team under the guidance of the Regional
  • Sales Operations Manager as it relates to hiring, discipline, termination, representation, and HR administrative tasks.
  • Oversee scheduling for team members, and delegation of work throughout the day
  • Train, develop and coach Sales Support team on company standards, sales processes and best practices
  • Complete Employee Reviews based on company timelines and procedures
  • Make recommendations to management regarding personnel evaluation and training of the sales support team
  • Oversee daily sales support and delivery operations
  • Coordinating with Regional Sales Operations Manager and Director of Sales to analyze and ensure proper team and fleet size to meet the operational needs.
  • Cover additional regional Sales Support teams when other Sales Support Managers are out of office.
  • Ensure efficient execution of product delivery, payment collection, brand ambassador responsibilities such as merchandising, education, relationship building, competitor insights, and compliance with safety policies
  • Create and communicate routes and schedules for deliveries, payment picks, education sessions (EDUs) and events
  • Maintain relationships and communication with 3rd party route providers and update applicable route information and parties affected as needed
  • Oversee driver safety; ensure the team complies with traffic legislation, is conscious of road safety and demonstrates safe driving and other good road safety habits.
  • Assist with fleet management and oversight
  • Account Support
  • Support daily sales support team responsibilities including, executing product deliveries, payment pickups and attending events as needed
  • Provide marketplace feedback, assessing industry trends and communicating clients needs through appropriate channels.
  • Inventory Management
  • Organize, maintain, and track swag, unmedicated samples, event inventory and marketing materials
  • Ensure 100% event readiness by stocking bins, filling samples, and organizing display items
  • Restock on-site inventory at facilities weekly, or as frequently as necessary
  • Assist with processing and reconciliation of payments, credits and deposits, as required
  • Collaborate with supportive departments including Inventory, Distribution, Facilities, Business Systems, and Sales Logistics
  • Execute administrative responsibilities including daily reporting into CRM, mileage and expense reporting submitted weekly, internal logs for vehicle, SWAG checkout, etc.
  • Understand state level regulations and internal policies ensuring proper field execution and internal communication.

  • 3 years of experience directly related to customer-facing responsibilities and account management, preferably in the cannabis, or related industry. At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft office, data analysis, MS Business Central ERP, Google Apps and Salesforce CRM a plus
  • Active state-issued driver's license and maintained clean driving record
  • Reliable personal vehicle to utilize for marketing events (Mileage reimbursement is covered at federal rate)Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written
  • Spanish proficiency a plus
  • Hours are likely to vary based on needs of the business
  • Must obtain state required Cannabis permits, licenses, and/or certifications
  • Register as an Agent
  • Obtain a valid RVT Certificate
  • Willing to submit to and complete a CORI Background check
  • ServSafe Food Handler’s Card preferred
  • Willing to submit to a background check, including a motor vehicle report
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Math Skills: Possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division 
  • Travel Requirements: Driving orders in state territory utilizing company or personal vehicle as needed. Overnight stays when needed to support longer routes (lodging and meals covered by company)
  • Must be willing to receive authorized vaccination against COVID-19

Compensation:

As a exempt employee, you'll receive a competitive salary of $58,000/yr + bonus potential, 11 paid holidays, 120 hours of PTO, 401K and fully paid health, dental and vision insurance.
