OVERVIEW:
Sportradar, the global leader in understanding and leveraging the power of sports data and digital content, is seeking a Sales Support Specialist for the X region. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be part of the Global Sales Team to support our sales team in their daily administrative and operational procedures. We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, reliable and eager to support a busy sales team to help improve efficiency as sales volume increases. Our international environment, direct client communication and a broad selection of technically oriented products and services make this position very diverse and challenging.
THE CHALLENGE:
- Administrative support of our sales team
- Support existing clients and deal with corresponding tasks
- Support Account Managers with relevant sales information and presentations
- Core contract preparations and submitting a draft for legal approval and coordination of the contracting process
- Direct communication with existing customers
- Organizing the calls and aligning internal and external parties
- Communication with all the internal departments and observation of all internal cross-functional processes required for a sale
- Responsible for CRM maintenance (client database) - keeping client's data in order and enrich it.
- Basic, sales-oriented technical support.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Undergraduate degree (or higher) with a focus on business management, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Familiar with CRM systems, Salesforce experience preferred
- Good presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong drive for results with a proven track record of achievement
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Build and manage relationships
- Self-motivated and have a professional discipline with excellent follow-through
- Flexible and able to work under pressure
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of sports, betting/gambling and technology is considered a plus
