SOFTONE Twinsoft is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our high caliber team.

Your contribution to the success of the team

  • Pricing & Billing: Coordinate software pricing, prepare and manage invoices, and ensure accurate financial documentation
  • Sales Back Office: Assist with sales back-office tasks, including updating customer accounts, processing orders, and supporting subscription renewals under supervision
  • Accounting Support: Manage the issuance of financial documents such as receipts, invoices, and tax documentation in compliance with accounting regulations
  • Renewals Management: Coordinate software license and support contract renewals, ensuring timely communication with clients
  • Administrative Support: Provide general support to the sales and finance teams to streamline operations

Your Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field will be considered a plus
  • Proven experience in sales operations, accounting, or back-office roles, preferably in the technology/software sector
  • Knowledge of accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems will be considered an asset
