The Sales Support position reports to the Sales Support Manager within Customer Success and plays a key role in achieving our ambitious sales goals. Sales Support contributes significantly towards maintaining our reputation for excellent customer success and satisfaction. This role performs broad activities in support of sales operations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Cross-Functional Teams: Provide ongoing support to CSMs and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Manage SMS Rate Updates: Regularly update and maintain accurate SMS rate information in the system, ensuring timely and precise adjustments.
- Handle Provisioning and Billing Requests: Submit and track provisioning and billing requests using the CRM system, ensuring prompt and accurate processing.
- Maintain and Update Account Data in Salesforce/Nova: Manage and update customer account information, including addresses, ownership details, and other critical data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.
- Data Reporting and Auditing: Generate, analyze, and audit data reports to support decision-making and ensure data integrity across the organization.
- Develop Training Materials: Create and maintain comprehensive training documentation for new processes, including both written guides and recorded tutorials.
- Engage in Company Meetings: Actively participate in and present at various internal meetings, contributing insights and updates to drive team alignment and progress.
Requirements
- One year of experience in a sales support role or equivalent work experience
- One year of experience in CRM software, ideally Salesforce.com, and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs
- Keen problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail

The annual starting salary for this position ranges between $56,001.00 - $66,000.00 per year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be $6,600.00 annually and are based on performance.
