Tasks:

  • Analysis of sales processes and implementation of changes
  • Steering of the sales channels
  • Definition of rules, standards and work processes with overarching effect analysis of business development;
  • Identification of business risks and development of solution concepts
  • Preparation of decision papers as well as presentation and discussion of the results with the management
  • Control of the implementation of extensive business initiatives and programmes
  • Holistic responsibility for planning, conception and implementation of sales-oriented campaigns across all available channels, monitoring performance incl. budget planning
  • Development of appropriate measures to secure and expand the customer base
  • Ensuring cross-interface processes with internal and external partners
  • Preparation, participation, organization of Sales events
  • German proficiency (C1) and good English skills (min. B2)
  • Experience in Sales Operations or Sales
  • Project Management experience is an advantage
  • Experience in working with Agile methods

  • Creativity
  • Experience and affinity to work with AI
