Sales Support Specialist

EURONET, the leading global financial technology solutions and payments provider, seeks to employ Sales Support Specialists to assist and enhance sales operations and administrative functions regarding our ATM networks in Lithuania. The position will be based in our offices located in Vilnius.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide customer and merchant support by handling inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring a high level of service.
  • Prepare official documentation and permits required for signing lease agreements for ATM installations.
  • Monitor and verify rent invoices.
  • Maintain and update databases, process data, generate reports and manage invoicing.
  • Communicate with international offices, partners, 3rd parties and authorities, ensuring compliance and supporting ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative or back-office support. Prior experience in the financial services or banking sectors would be an advantage.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Must have a legal right to work in Lithuania without the need for visa sponsorship.
